Annual Donor Event Celebrates Philanthropy
Youth In Need held its annual “Thanks for Giving” donor appreciation event with a brunch at 612 North earlier this month. Donors and award honorees attended the brunch, which is an opportunity for Youth In Need to extend its appreciation to guests for their support over the year. In addition, four special awards are given to supporters who have gone above and beyond in their advocacy for Youth In Need.

Boatload of Toys Returns for Its 15th Year
Join Youth In Need and 93.7 The Bull for the 15th annual Boatload of Toys to benefit Youth In Need! Our friends at 93.7 The Bull will be collecting items from our wish list on Saturday, Dec. 7, and Sunday, Dec. 8, at Bass Pro Shops in St. Charles. Stop by to say hi, and bring a new, unwrapped item from our wish!
Step-Up and Sleep-Out Raises Awareness and Funds for Youth Homelessness
Thanks to Youth In Need’s Young Professionals Group for hosting their sixth annual Step-Up and Sleep-Out event to raise funds and awareness for our programs that work directly with youth experiencing homelessness. The culmination event was held Nov. 20, where participants learned about our Safe Place program, the issues youth experiencing homelessness face as well as how people can help a youth in crisis. Their month-long campaign raised $1,715 for our Street Outreach Program! Thanks to all who participated!
